摘　　要：根据"食品工厂设计"课程的特点,对该课程的教学改革进行探索和实践。探讨了课程建设应从提高教师业务水平、改进课程教学方法、改革课程成绩评价体系等措施出发,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,突出工程教育背景下学生实践与创新能力的培养,以增强教学效果,提高教学效率。According to the characteristics of Food Factory Design, the teaching reform of the course is explored and carried out.The curriculum construction should improve from the professional level of teachers, improving the teaching method of the course and evaluation system of curriculum reform. In order to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and improve teaching effi-ciency ,we should give full play to students＇ initiative and train students＇ ability of practice and innovation under engineering education background.
