摘　　要：现代职业教育体系的实践探索成为当前职业院校改革的重要方向,国家骨干校北京劳动保障职业学院借助国家政策支持,以贯通培养项目为契机,发挥行业优势,探索职业教育领域内的学分制改革,关注专业调整及课程、课堂改革,在现代职业教育体系框架下,逐步形成"一体两翼、三足鼎立"的办学格局,体现出现代职业教育体系构建中教育政策的主导作用,而职业资格与学历资格之间的互换是现代职业教育体系完善的重要标志。Practice exploration of modern vocational education system has become an important reform direction in vocational colleges.Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security,a national backbone vocational college,is exploring education reform such as credit system,specialty adjustment,class reform with support from national policy and industry as well as opportunity of run-through cultivation system.Under the framework of modern vocational education system,educational pattern of＂one body,two wings＂has gradually been formed,reflecting leading function of educational policy in the construction of modern vocational education system.Exchange of vocational and educational qualification is an important symbol of perfect modern vocational education system.
