摘  要:学历和非学历继续教育的不断发展给基础教育教师职后学习提供了宝贵的机会,但同时由于种类繁多的非学历继续教育结业证书得不到有效利用,无法与学历继续教育学分进行认证和转化,给许多基础教育教师带来了困扰。本文以华中师范大学在湖北省和河南省新乡市开展"学分银行"试点项目为例,介绍了基础教育教师继续教育"学分银行"实践中的相关做法和经验,分析了建设过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了进一步完善"学分银行"的一些思考,以期探索建立真正面向基础教育教师的多元、开放、共享的继续教育"学分银行"。Continuous development of degree education and non--degree continuing education provides valuable opportunities for the teachers' vocational learning. However, various kinds of the non--degree continuing education certificate can't be effectively used and associated with degree continuing education credits for certification and conversion, which brings some troubles to many teachers in elementary education. The paper takes the Credit Bank Pilot project carried out by Cen- tral China Normal University in Hubei province and Xinxiang city of Henan province as an exam- ple, introduces the related practice and experience of the basic education teachers' Credit Bank in continuing education, analyzes the main problems in the process of its construction, and puts for- ward some ideas to further improve the Credit Ban in order to explore the establishment of real ori- ented diversification, openness and sharing Credit Bank in continuing education for teachers in ele- mentary education.
