摘  要:老区县小学阶段教育中教师队伍建设遭遇的困难,体现出对小学全科教师的需求。然而,大学生为老区县服务的职业观念较淡,行政部门缺乏扶持老区县的政策,高师院校忽略全科教师的有效培养。地方高校应承担起全科教师教育的责任,借鉴省外办学经验,借鉴历史办学经验,以定向招生、定向培养的方式促进小学全科教师供给侧的重新构建,培养出老区县所需要的"下得去、留得住、干得好"的小学全科教师。The difficulties encountered in the construction of the teachers' team in the primary school education in the old liberated areas reflect the need for general teachers in primary schools.However,it can be seen that college students lack a strong desire to serve the old liberated areas,the administrative departments haven't put forward enough policies of supporting the areas,and the teachers' colleges ignore the effective training of general teachers.Taking the education of general teachers as responsibility,drawing on educational experiences from other provinces and drawing lessons from historical experiences,the local universities should promote the supply-side reconstruction in the form of directional enrollment and directional training,so as to cultivate the general teachers of primary schools who desire to teach in the old liberated areas,are willing to stay there and are capable of teaching the students well.
