摘　　要："大众创业、万众创新"时代背景下,各高职院校纷纷开展创新创业教育体系的研究与实践。湖南机电职业技术学院围绕"启梦、践梦、圆梦"三个环节,通过创意引导、创新训练、创业实践等教学活动的开展,完善了创新创业教育体系,切实提高了人才培养质量。Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, colleges and universities have carried out the research and practice of innovation entrepreneurship education system in higher vocational colleges. Hunan Mechanical Electrical Polytechnic focuses on the three links of starting dream, practicing dream, and realizing dream, carries out the teaching activities of new idea guidance, innovation training and entrepreneurship practice, perfects the educational system and improves the quality of talents cultivation.
