摘  要:整体教学观聚焦新课程英语教育教学的人文性和工具性,涵盖语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面。结合课题研究的成果,从育人为先、师德为重、专业素质以及教学设计、教学生成、教学评价等方面提出了整体教学的策略和提高教学效度的方法,以期促进教师尊重教育规律和初中生身心发展规律,探索提高初中英语教与学的质量的路径。The whole teaching approach focuses on the humanity and instrumentality of the new curriculum English education and teaching, which contains linguistic knowledge, linguistic skills, emotional attitudes, learning strategies and cultural awareness. The paper, based on the research findings, proposes the strategies of whole teaching and the methods of improving teaching efficiency frum aspects of highlighting the education of people and teachers' morality, professional quality, teaching designs, teaching generation, teaching evaluation and so on in order to inspire teachers to respect the law of education, junior high students' physical and mental development law, and explore the path improving the teaching and learning quality of junior high English.
