摘 要:目的探讨CBL结合PBL教学法在超声科医师培训中的应用效果。方法选取在该院2015年1月—2016年12月超声科培训的医师42名为研究对象,随机分为对照组21名使用传统教学方法,观察组21名采用CBL结合PBL教学法,对比培训后两组医师笔试、面试、仪器操作及超声诊断等考核成绩。结果观察组医师专业知识、临床思维、操作等考核内容成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CBL结合PBL教学法在超声科医师培训中的应用效果显著,可有效提高医师专业知识、临床思维能力、超声操作技能等,是超声医师培训有效方式之一。Objective To study the application effect of CBL and PBL teaching method in the physicians training in the department of ultrasound. Methods 42 cases of training physicians in our hospital were selected from January 2015 to December 2016 as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 21 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the observation group adopted the CBL and PBL teaching method, and the teaching effects were compared between the two groups. Results The professional knowledge, clinical thinking and operation scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application effect of CBL and PBL teaching in the physicians training in the department of ultrasound is obvious, which can effectively improve the physician knowledge, clinical thinking ability, ultrasound operation skill, and it is one of the effective reform methods of ultrasound physicians training.
