病例教学法在疼痛科实习带教中的应用探析

摘　　要：合理地运用实践教学的模式,提升医学生的职业能力是当今医学教学领域中的重点方法。必须努力改变传统的教学模式,培养医学生多去分析问题、发现问题、解决问题的综合能力。疼痛科病例教学法带教方法是讲课前老师要有针对性地选取病例,在开始带教讲课时,老师要先拿出选取好的病例,让学生提前相互进行思考,然后按照选取好的病例进行详细地讲解和分析。医院疼痛科病例教学法的主要优势是更有利于提升教学的质量,并且有利于提高医学生发现问题、解决问题的能力。疼痛科患者较为特殊,就要求授课老师不仅要有扎实的基础理论方面的知识,而且对临床实践方面也要有着丰富的经验。并要求授课老师不仅在短短的课堂中,让学生们互动起来,有利于实现相互交流与学习。The improvement of occupational ability of medical college students by rational application of practice teaching model is the key method, and we must struggle to change the traditional teaching model, and cultivate medical students to analyze problems, find out problems and solve the problems, and the case teaching in the department of pains is to make the teachers pointedly select the cases before class, and the teachers should take out the selected cases and make the students consider it and then explain and analyze it in detail, and the major advantage of case teaching in the hospital is more conducive to the improvement of teaching quality and improving the ability of medical students and the patients in the department of pains are special, which requires the teachers should not only have the solid basic theoretical knowledge but also have the rich experience in clinical practice, and the teachers should make the students interaction in the short class,which is conducive to the mutual communication and study.
