摘 要:过去十多年里,教师专业发展日益被教师学习所代替,教师专业发展范式也从"培训问题"转变为"学习问题",一切教师专业发展活动都开始以促进教师主动、有效的学习为指向。教师培训课程作为教师学习的重要载体,其设计与实施理应把学习与学习者置于中心地位,遵循教师学习的内在机制,关注教师学习的全过程,调动教师学习的积极性与主动性,让教师在充分的参与、互动、体验、实践与反思中建构新知识,最终提升其实践智慧。Over the past decade, teacher professional development is replaced by teacher learning. The paradigm of teacher professional development has been shifted from training to learning, all activities of teacher professional development aim to understand and prosper teachers' active learning. To support teacher learning well, the design and implemented of teacher training courses should put the learner and learning in the center, comply with the inherent rules of teacher learning, consider the whole process of teacher learning, and motivate the teacher actively taking part in learning, interaction, experience, practice, reflection and construction.
