摘  要:乡村教师培训团队置换脱产研修项目的设置,体现了国培改革由"输血"向"造血"的转变,但在项目学科设置、学员遴选、跟岗安排、实习生顶岗方面还存在一些问题。为此,应加大国培宣传力度、做好项目学科规划、严格选拔参训学员、合理组织跟岗实践、科学置换参训学员。The setting of rural teacher training :team replacement full-time traihing project embodies the change of National training program for primary and secondary school teachers from receiving helps of others to self-rehancel However, in some aspects like project discipline setting, trainee selection, arrangement with post and internship, there are still some problems. Therefore,we should strengthen the publicity of National training program for primary and secondary; make a better project discipline planning ,be more strict with the selection of trainees, Organize the post replacement practice more properly and make scientific changes in the choice of trainees.
