摘 要:运用理论分析与实证检验相结合的混合设计理路,对教研员胜任力的内在结构进行探讨与建构。通过对38名教研员行为事件访谈形成的文本材料和1 271名教研员量表施测结果进行分析发现:教研员胜任力是由专业知识、课程建设、教学发展、科学研究、组织领导和专业品质构成的动态交互作用的六维模型,量表具有良好的信度和效度。与此同时,对教研员胜任力维度内涵、逻辑关系及预测自我效能感作用的发生机制等基本理论关系的学理梳理,有助于深化把握教研员胜任力的内在结构。Based on the interviews of 38 teaching and research personnel and questionnaires of 1 217 teaching and research personnel, the inner structure of the competency of teaching and research personnel is discussed and constructed with the method of theoretical and empirical analysis. It is found that the competency of teaching and research personnel is a six-dimensional model consisting of specialty knowledge, curricula construction, teaching development, scientific research, organizational leadership and professional quality. In addition, the questionnaires have good reliability and validity. What's more, the inner structure of the competency of teaching and research personnel can be understood deeply by analyzing the relationship of basic theories such as dimension connotation, logical relationship of teaching and research personnel and occurrence mechanism of self-efficacy prediction, which helps to grasp the internal structure of the competency of the teaching and research personnel.
