摘　　要：金匮要略是连接中医理论基础与临床实践的桥梁课程,在课堂教学中适当的案例教学是必不可少的。通过生动的医案能促进学生更好地理解原文,抓住辨证要点,适当的互动案例教学也能激发学生自主学习积极性,提高教学效果。本文从金匮要略课堂教学中病案选择的来源、难度、形式等方面进行论述。The course Synopsis of Golden Chamber is the bridge connected the clinical practice with basic theory of TCM.Case teaching in the classroom is essential.Better understanding of the text could be promoted through the vivid cases,with the dialectical point grasped.The students＇ autonomous learning enthusiasm could be stimulated by appropriate interactive case teaching and improv-ing the teaching effect.The source,difficulty and form of selected cases in the teaching of Synopsis of Golden Chamber were disused in this article.
