高等职业教育创新发展与高职院校特色化发展研究

摘　　要：高职创新发展与特色化发展就其地位而言并非等列齐观,其手段与目的、战术与战略之本质差异可由创新与发展、特色与特色化、创新发展与特色化发展三对关系中洞见。基于此,高职院校特色化发展在本末观、本质观、视野观、取舍观、形成观等若干方面存在的认识盲点和误区也即得到澄清,高职教育创新发展背景下的高职院校特色化发展的实践策略也即生成:创新发展须着眼于特色化发展,须洞悉特色化发展困境,须扼住特色化发展之"七寸"。In the category of higher vocational education, the innovative development differs from characteristic development in terms of status,which shouldn＇t be equally treated. We can have a thorough insight into the essential differences between their measures purposes and tactics strategies from the connotation and the relationship of the three pairs of concepts, namely innovation development, characteristics characterization,and innovative development characteristic development. On the basis of this,the blind spots and misunderstandings in the outlook on fundamental incidental,essentialism,horizon,option and formation which were formed during the characteristic development of higher vocational colleges were clarified. Then the practical strategy for characteristic development of higher vocational colleges came into being,that is,to realize the innovative development,we must focus on the characteristic development,have a deeper insight into the bottlenecks in development and hit where it hurts.
