摘　　要：教师教育一体化、教师专业化以及实施素质教育等新形势的发展对师德的标准提出了新的要求,也赋予了师德素养培育新的内涵。教育伦理思想启示我们,要结合教学实践与研究,在综合考量社会、学校、个体等因素的共同作用之下探讨与践行高师院校师范生师德培育的对策:施和谐教育,冲破社会负面因素的制约;施大爱教育,完善高师院校师德素养培育机制;施可持续教育,提高学生的个人师德素养。The integration of teacher education, the professionalization of teachers and the implementation of quality education put forward new requirements for the standards of teachers＇ ethics. With the guidance of educational ethics ideology, countermeasures of teacher＇ s ethics cultivation among students in the normal university are proposed： carry out a harmonious education to break through the restrains of negative factors from society; perform great love of education to improve teacher＇ s ethics attainments cultivation mechanism; implement sustainable education to enhance normal students＇ individual teacher＇ s ethics.
