“双创型”计算机人才培养模式研究与实践——以西北民族大学计算机类专业人才培养为例

摘　　要：身处西北地区的二本院校在人才培养上的教学多数重点在理论教学,实践或实训的教学形式比例偏低,学生创新精神和创新能力远远达不到社会或企业的要求,因此造成的就业压力问题日益突出。本文主要介绍西北民族大学计算机类专业,结合地域、师资、实验条件等自身条件,以课内实践创新为核心,参加竞赛锻炼为辅助,以大创项目培育为抓手,以促进就业为突破,以扶持创业为目标进行的探索与实践,努力构建新型适合社会需求的"创新、创业型"人才培养模式。With the development of society and economy,the second-tier universities in the northwest region usually put too much emphasis on theoretical teaching while practical class is disproportionate in the curriculum. Therefore,employment pressure has been growing as the students＇ innovative ability fail to meet the requirements of society and enterprises. The paper gives an introduction of computer majors in the Northwest Minzu University in combination with its conditions including region, teachers, experimental conditions,etc. The computer majors focus on class innovation,assisted with participating competition,nurturing innovation projects to make breakthrough in employment,supporting entrepreneurship to establish a creative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation mode fitting social requirements.
