高职院校创新创业教育体系的构建与实践——以乌鲁木齐职业大学为例

摘　　要：随着"大众创业、万众创新"国家级创新驱动发展战略的不断深入实施,基本上国内所有的高职院校都开设了创新创业教育类课程。创新创业教育作为提升大学生创业能力的重要途径,由于受到传统教育理念、教育师资力量、实训实践条件、教学评价体系等因素的制约,很多高职院校的创新创业课程存在着一些问题和不足。文章以乌鲁木齐职业大学为例,结合近几年来开展创新创业教育教学实际情况,探索出加强师资队伍建设、实施分层教学、非课程实践活动等措施构建较为完善的创新创业教育体系,将创业意识培养、创业精神和创新思维养成融入创新型人才培养的全过程。With the implementation of the ＂national entrepreneurship and innovation＂ strategy implemented by China, all the vocational colleges in Chirm have set up innovative entrepreneurship education courses. However, there exist some problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education. The paper takes Urumqi Vocational University as an example and uses the actual situation of teaching innovation and entrepreneurship education in recent years as the research material to explore ways in constructing teacher teams, implementing hierarchical teaching, carrying out curriculum practice activities to establish a more perfect system of innovation and entrepreneurship education
