基于“学科-专业-产业链”的创新创业型大学:概念内涵与现实路径

摘　　要：随着创新范式转型和国家经济社会发展战略转型,大学的功能、概念与内涵也应随之演进和拓展。基于大学功能演化规律和"学科-专业-产业链"理论模型,借鉴创新创业理论、知识与社会网络理论和创新生态系统理论,并融合"创业型"、"区域创新系统"、"新知识生产"和"创新型"等大学发展概念模式,以建设"双一流"大学和服务"大众创新万众创业"战略为导向,构建"创新创业型大学"的概念与内涵,最后从"跨组织边界"以及知识网络与社会网络嵌入视角提出"创新创业型大学"发展的现实路径。While innovative paradigms have been changing from a linear model to an innovation ecosystem,social and economic development strategies transformed from efficiency-driven to innovation-driven economic growth in China respectively. Accordingly,the function,concept and connotation of universities should evolve and develop. Based on the universities developing regularity and the theoretical model of ＂discipline-major-industry chain＂,this study constructs the concept of innovative and entrepreneurial university（ IEU） by integrating innovative and entrepreneurial theories,knowledge networks and social networks theory,innovation eco-systems theory and conceptual models of universities development. It moreover proposes the practice approaches of IEU from the perspectives of boundary spanning,knowledge networks and social networks embeddedness. This research could be of great significance to China＇s first-class universities and first-class discipline（ Double Firstclass） construction and mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy implementation.
