摘 要:教师对自己角色的低认同感与教师的职业压力和职业期待有关,更与教师的职业认知有关。从生命意义建构角度思考,教师的工作是另一种生命体验,教师需要以享受教育生活的态度重构自己的生命态度;教师需要形成正确的生存态度以体现正确的生命价值,基于职业信仰的建立促使生命价值重构;教师正确的职业认知可以救赎教师的低社会认同感,教师可以通过社会价值创造促使自己的社会生命延续。Teachers' low identity with their own role is related to their professional pressure and expectations,and more to their professional cognition. From the perspective of life meaning reconstruction,teachers' work is another kind of life experience,so teachers should reconstruct their attitude towards life with the attitude of enjoying educational life;teachers should form the correct attitude towards existence to express the correct life value and reconstruct the life value based on the establishment of professional belief;and teachers' correct professional cognition can redeem their low social identity,and teachers can continue their social life through the creation of social value.
