CBI理论下的大学英语课程设置与教师发展——以南京晓庄学院为例

摘　　要：大学英语长期以来单一的通用英语教学模式已经不能适应国家对英语人才的需求和学生多样化的学习需要,以CBI理论为指导的多样性和个性化的大学英语课程体系更有利于提高学生的语言能力。文章以南京晓庄学院大学英语课程体系改革为例,提出了应对跨学科英语课程要求下教师发展的途径,包括:增强教师自主发展的意识和动力;利用慕课和网络资源促进自主发展和教学;组建教学团队,形成发展合力;制度保障。The long-existing teacher-centered teaching mode of college English cannot meet the national requirement for English talents and students＇ di^erent needs. The diversified and individualized College English course guided by CBI theory helps to improve students＇ language proficiency. This study takes the college English course system of Nanjing Xiaozhuang College as an example, proposing some strategies for teachers development in response to the interdisciplinary English course, which include： enhancing teachers＇ awareness and motivation; taking advantage of Mooc and online resources to promote self-development and teaching; forming teaching team and resultant force; system guarantee.
