摘 要:围绕如何提高人才培养质量这一问题展开研究,探索基于能力培养的工科实践教学改革。研究了工程教育中的教学模式,解析了工程实践能力、创新能力和自主学习能力等工科类专业核心能力的内涵,构建了实践教学模式与核心能力的关系模型。在此基础上,针对国防科学技术大学通信工程专业,提出"能力逐层递进型"的系列实践教学模式,并开展改革试点,其结果表明该实践教学模式有助于工科类学生专业核心能力的培养。Discussing how to increase talent quality and explored the innovation of practice teaching for engineering based on competence training. Several engineering education models are researched deeply. The connotation of core competence for engineering is analyzed, which comprises practical a- bility, innovation ability and independent learning ability. The relationship model between practice teaching model and core competence is structured. As follow, serial practice teaching model with competence increasing is proposed according to communication engineering in our university. It can be seen from the result of teaching practice that this model is good to core competence training for engineering.
