摘 要:目的探讨智能模拟教学在医学生临床思维能力培养中的应用效果。方法以齐齐哈尔医学院2013级60名临床本科医学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各30名,内科见习中研究组应用智能模拟教学,对照组应用传统教学。以临床真实病例为试题,模拟接诊患者(Sim Man模拟人)情景对其诊疗过程及操作流程等作为考核科目,对两组受试者进行考核。结果研究组受试者问诊成绩、查体、病例分析和总成绩,均显著高于对照组受试者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能模拟教学为医学生临床思维能力培养提供了一个可控、可重复的安全平台。Objective To study the effects of intelligent simulation teaching on training of medical students' clinical thinking ability. Methods In grade 2013 in Qiqihar Medical University,60 clinical medical undergraduates as the research object,randomly divided into control group and study group with 30 cases in each group,the study group used intelligent simulation teaching in medical practice,the control group used the traditional teaching. The clinical real cases were used as the test questions,the simulated admission patients( Sim Man simulated people),the course of diagnosis and treatment and the operation process as the examination subjects,and the two groups of subjects were examined.Results The subjects' score,physical examination,case analysis and total score were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Intelligent simulation teaching provides a controllable repeatable security platform for medical students' clinical thinking ability training.
