摘  要:高职院校推行岗位胜任力导向的护理信息学课程改革与创新,由迎合岗位需求、培养当代护士、缩小校企差距等因素决定,对解决当前高职护理信息学课程存在的问题,提升高职护理人才培养质量具有重要意义。高职院校通过构建岗位胜任力导向的高职护理信息学课程体系,建设岗位胜任力导向的高职护理信息学教材,探索岗位胜任力导向的高职护理信息学教育教学方法,完善岗位胜任力导向的护理信息学课程考核方式,建立岗位胜任力导向的高职护理信息学课程改革与创新的保障条件等举措,确保岗位胜任力导向的高职护理信息学课程改革和创新顺利实施。Implementing the reformation and innovation of post competency-oriented curriculum,which is determined by factors such as the position requirements,contemporary nurse training and narrowing the gap between colleges and job positions,it also has significant meaning of solving the problems exist in the current higher vocational nursing informatics curriculum, and improving the quality of higher vocational nursing personnel training.Vocational colleges can implement the nursing informatics curriculum reformation and innovation by establishing position competency oriented curriculum system,preparing the teaching material of nursing informatics, exploring the teaching methods,perfecting post competency guide way of nursing informatics curriculum assessment and providing supporting conditions for post competency-oriented curriculum.
