摘  要:随着经济发展区域化和高职教育地方化的推进,专业设置问题已成为研究的热点。为了适应区域经济结构调整对人才需求的变化,合理构建专业布局,笔者采用文献研究法、调查研究法、归纳总结研究等方法,以黑龙江省高职院校食品类专业为例,探讨专业结构动态调整和优化机制的构建问题,为实现黑龙江省食品专业设置与食品产业发展的紧密对接提供理论依据。With the regionalization of economic development and the localization of higher vocational education, the issue of specialty setup has been the focus of researches. In order to well adapt the change in the demand of the economic strueture for personnel and to rationally construct professional distribution, taking food specialties in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjlang province as example, this article discusses the con- struction of dynamic adjustment and optimization mechanism of specialized structure by literature research, questionnaire inquires and induction summary methods, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the close connection between food specialty setting and food industry development in Heilong^iang province.
