摘 要:为实现不同行驶工况下半主动油气悬架最佳阻尼的匹配,建立了匹配目标和约束条件。基于多系统联合仿真方法,构建了动力学、液压、控制及道路等模型;并验证了模型的合理性。仿真分析了比例节流阀节流面积对行驶平顺性、悬架动行程及发热功率的影响,得出了使驾驶员处振动最小的最佳阻尼参数。分析表明该值随路况恶化、车速增加而减小,为保证车辆最佳的行驶平顺性,需要设计更大的悬架动行程和散热功率。研究结论为履带车辆半主动油气悬架结构改进及阻尼优化控制提供了依据。In order to match the optimum damping for varied running conditions of the tracked vehicle,the damping optimization target and the constraints are established. Based on the multi-system co-simulation,the vehicle multi-body dynamic system, the suspension hydraulic and control systems and the road models are constructed. Test verification of single suspension unit is accomplished and the suspension parameters are tuned.The vehicle virtual road tests at different speeds and roads are conducted. Effects of the flowing area of the proportional throttle valve on the ride comfort,suspension stroke and the heating power are researched. The optimum flowing areas which make the arms on the driver seat be minimum at varied riding conditions are achieved.The comparative analysis shows the optimum flowing area decreases as the road roughness deteriorates and the vehicle speed increases. To satisfy the demand of semi-active control aiming at improving the vehicle ride comfort,the suspension stroke range and the heat dissipating power should be increased through redesign. The research results may provide useful references for the damping optimal control and structure redesign of a tracked vehicle semi-active hydro-pneumatic suspension system.
