摘 要:目的探讨同伴教学法在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法将2013级护理本科两个班的学生作为对照组,在内科护理教学中采用传统教学方法;2014级两个班作为观察组,采用同伴教学法。通过量化考核、问卷调查比较两种教学法的效果。结果教学后两组课后测试题成绩、期末考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组教学效果问卷调查除有助于知识系统化及融会贯通外,其他5项观察组肯定率显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论同伴教学法在内科护理教学中应用效果较好,能够提高学生学习兴趣和学习效果。Objective To explore the effect of Peer Instruction (PI) method applied in the course of Internal Medical Nursing. Methods Two classes of undergraduate students enrolled in 2013 were selected as the control group, and taught through traditional teaching method in the course of Internal Medicine Nursing. Their counterparts enrolled in 2014 were assigned into the experimental group, and taught by PI teaching method. The two groups were compared through quantitative assessment and questionnaire survey. Results The results of after-class tests and final exam had significant differences between the 2 groups (P〈0.01 for both). The approval rates of 5 aspects (except systematized knowledge and knowledge digestion) of the teaching effect questionnaire in the the experimental group were significantly higher than the controls (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion PI teaching method is effective in the course of Internal Medical Nursing as it can improve students' learning interest.
