摘  要:实现我国制药行业跨越式发展,迫切需要培养大量新药创制人才。药物化学是新药研发的源头学科,药物化学课程教学是培养新药创制人才的基本形式。本文针对目前高校药物化学教学中存在的弊端,通过拓展课外专题性教学、创新双轨教学模式和建立二维教学评价体系,系统阐述了新形势下,激发学科兴趣,传授新药设计技巧,培养新药创制思维的新策略。并对教学实践效果与需要注意的问题进行了初步分析。The fast-growing pharmaceutical industry of China calls for the cultivation of many qualified drug discovery talents urgently. The research of medicinal chemistry is the major driving force of drug discovery. Therefore, the corresponding course teaching represents main approach for the cultivation of drug discovery talents. Herein, three strategies against the problems in present college medicinal chemistry course teaching were demonstrated, including topic-based teaching extension, comprehensive teaching methods innovation and two-dimensional teaching evaluation. These strategies were initially proved efficient in motivating the students to learn more practical drug design skills and in developing the innovative thinking ability for drug discovery. Furthermore, the initial teaching practice outcome was evaluated and some constructive suggestions were thus presented accordingly.
