摘 要:目的探讨护生视角下的临床学习环境,为改善临床学习效果提供参考依据。方法运用质性研究中Van Manen诠释现象学的研究法,将50名实习后护生分为8组,进行焦点小组访谈及深度个人访谈。结果从访谈资料中提炼出3个主题:实习目标具体化;临床教师教学行为的重要性;护生重视参与及归属感。结论学校和医院加强沟通,制定具体可行并具有建设性的实习目标,重视实习质量的评价和监督;加强临床教师教学行为的培训,建立激励机制;给护生提供全方位参与临床实践的机会,提高其归属感。Objective To explore the clinical learning environment from the perspective of nursing students in order to provide the basis for improving clinical learning outcomes. Methods The method of Van Manen phenomenology was used in the study. 50 nursing students were divided into 8 groups and interviewed by the focus group interview. Results Through processing and analyzing interview data, three themes were extracted, i. e. , concretizing practicing objective, the importance of effective teaching behavior of clinical teacher, emphasizing involvement and belonging. Conclusion School should enhance communication with teaching hospital, and establish concrete and constructive practicing objectives. The practicing outcomes should be evaluated and supervised. Teaching behavior of clinical teacher should be enhanced and stimulus for clinical teacher should be given. Nursing student should be offered enough opportunities of involvement and sense of belongingness.
