摘  要:如何通过个性化教育培养创新拔尖人才,已成为教育改革与创新的热点课题。一体化校本课程的建构与实施,将各学段相互独立的校本课程整合成一个完整的体系,有利于各学段之间的衔接,提升个性化教育的效率和效果,为学生的个性发现、发展提供平台,使学生不仅达到国家课程目标规定的要求,而且还具备较高的人文素养和科学素养、较强的学习力和创造力。How to cultivate innovative and top-level talents by implementing individualized educationhas become the hot topic of education reform and innovation. Construction and implementation of integratedschool-based curricula can integrate different school-based curricula into one complete system, which isconducive to connection between diff erent stages with the promoting of effi ciency and eff ects of individualizededucation. In an elaborately-framed system of integrated curricula, we should design the courses fi t for student’sindividualized development to off er them the platform for their personality discovery and development, whichhelps them satisfy the requirements of national curricular goals as well as possess higher humanity and scienceaccomplishments and stronger abilities of learning and innovation.
