摘 要:探讨以问题为基础的PBL教学模式在临床教学中的应用。PBL教学是以学生为中心,教师作为指导者,是培养医学生临床思维及学生处理临床问题能力的一种重要的教学方式。本文从PBL教学模式的教学准备、教案书写及教师培训方面,以及具体的实施方法和PBL教学模式的优势方面进行阐述,分析PBL教学模式在泌尿外科临床教学过程中的教学方法和教学效果,旨在提高教学质量,推进临床医学教育改革。PBL教学法效果优于传统教学法,有助于提高学生的自学能力,增强学习效率,培养解决问题的能力,提高学习者的综合素质和团队协作能力等,值得在泌尿外科教学中推广应用。To investigate the application of PBL teaching in clinical teaching. PBL teaching is the student as the center, the teacher as the instructor. It's an important method that can foster clinical thinking and problem-solving ability of medical students. This article from the PBL teaching mode of teaching preparation,teaching plan writing and teacher training, as well as the implementation method and the advantage of PBL teaching mode, the PBL teaching method and teaching effect were analyzed in the process of urology clinical teaching. Aim to improve the teaching quality and promote clinical educational reform. Effect of PBL teaching method is better than the traditional method of teaching,it improves the students' self-study ability, enhance the learning efficiency,cultivate the ability to solve the problem, improve the comprehensive quality and the team cooperation ability of learners. It is worth promoting application in urology medical teaching.
