基于全员获得感视角推进高职院校教学质量诊断与改进的思考

摘　　要："让人民群众有更多获得感"这一思想为高职院校教学质量提升与发展提供了指引方向。当前高职院校教学质量诊改依然存在依赖评估模式现象、教师参与教学质量诊改意识不足、校园质量文化的培育还有待加强等问题。根据诊改实践分析,有效推进高职教学质量诊改需要从学校教育管理者、教师、学生获得感的角度,构建体系完备的学校教育教学综合信息分析平台,增强教学质量诊断与改进的可感知性,科学设计各层面诊改指标,完善目标链与标准链建设,基于全员获得感开展自我诊改与复核。＂Let the masses gain more sense of acquisition＂ provides the consensus cognition and practical methodology for the promotion and development of teaching quality in higher vocational schools. At present, problems exist in diagnosis and improvement of teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. Taking Wuxi Vocational and Technical College as an example, based on the practice of diagnosis and improvement, it is found that, for effectively promoting the diagnosis and improvement, it is necessary to construct the complete integrated school education information analysis platform, enhance the perceptibility of diagnosis and improvement for teaching quality, scientifically design the indexes of diagnosis and improvement at each layer, perfect the construction of target chain and standard chain, and launch diagnosis and improvement as well as re-examining based on all staff sense of acquisition.
