摘 要:目的探讨基于急救医疗服务体系的情景模拟在急危重症课程教学中的应用及效果评价。方法选取106名护理大专生为对照组,104名护理大专生为实验组。对照组沿用传统案例讨论教学模式,实验组以急救医疗服务体系的院前急救、医院急诊科救治及重症监护病房救治3个阶段进行情景模拟教学设计。教学结束后,比较两组护理大专生理论、操作考核成绩和急救思维能力。结果实验组护理大专生考核成绩和急救思维能力均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论急危重症护理教学中采取急救医疗服务体系联合情景模拟教学有利于培养护理大专生的急救思维能力,提高学习成绩。Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of situational teaching based on emergency medical service system in nursing college students' intensive care course. Methods A total of 106 nursing college students were selected as the control group,and 104 nursing college students as the experimental group. The control group used traditional case discussing teaching mode. The experimental group was designed for situational teaching with emergency medical service system mode including pre-hospital acute care,emergency department care,and intensive care unit treatment. After the end of the study,the two groups of nursing college students were compared in theory,operation examination results and emergency thinking ability. Results The experimental group showed that the test results and emergency thinking ability were better than the control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The situational teaching combined with emergency medical service system is helpful to train nursing college students' emergency thinking ability and improve their academic achievement.
