摘  要:从国有油气企业持续深化改革、实现油气企业战略目标、亟待优化创新激励与约束机制等角度出发,阐述了国有油气企业的激励与约束机制的内涵及其在企业持续深化改革中的作用,分析了油气企业激励约束机制在岗位管理、薪酬分配、绩效考核等方面存在的主要问题,提出了突出岗位管理、突出薪酬分配、突出绩效考核、突出改善激励行为的优化激励约束机制的改进措施。Connotation of incentive and restrictive mechanism of state-owned oil and gas enterprises and its function on sustainable deepening reform of enterprises are elaborated from perspectives such as sustainable deepening reform,realizing strategic goals of oil and gas enterprises and innovative incentive and restrictive mechanism to be optimized urgently of state-owned oil and gas enterprises,etc;main problems of incentive and restrictive mechanism for oil and gas enterprises in aspects such as post management,salary distribution and performance assessment,etc are analyzed and improvement measures of incentive and restrictive mechanism optimization to highlight post management,salary distribution and performance assessment and improving incentive behaviors are proposed.
