摘  要:目的探究耳鼻喉科定向见习生的批判性思维能力在以PBL为导向的临床教学中受影响的效果。方法通过采用随机分组的方法将所选取的定向见习生分为对照组和试验组。对照组见习生采用传统临床带教法,试验组则主要接受PBL教学实践法。应用批判性思维意向量表对两组见习生在试验前后的批判性思维能力进行综合对比。结果在试验前两组见习生的批判性思维能力对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组在应用PBL临床教学法之后,两组耳鼻喉科定向见习生的批判性思维对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对耳鼻喉科定向见习生采用以PBL为导向的临床教学法,对其批判性思维具有较大的影响,有利于见习生在临床实践中更加准确、合理的分析、判断患者的病情,并采取针对性的治疗措施,为见习生能够在耳鼻喉科中更加顺利工作奠定良好的基础。]Objective To explore the efect of the critical thinking ability ofOrienteering students in the Department of ENT on PBL oriented clinicalteaching. Methods Orienteering students were selected and divided intothe control group and the experimental group by the method of randomgrouping. The control group were adopted the traditional clinical teachingmethod, and the experimental group mainly accepted the PBL teachingpractice. The critical thinking ability scale was used to compare the criticalthinking ability of two groups of students before and after the test. ResultsThere was no signifcant diference in the critical thinking ability of the twogroups before the test (P 〉 0.05). After the PBL clinical teaching methodwas used in the experimental group, the critical thinking contrastbetween the two groups of department of ENT students was statisticallysignificant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The use of PBL oriented clinicalteaching method for orientation students in department of ENT has agreat infuence on its critical thinking. It is helpful for the probationer toanalyze and judge the patient's condition more accurately and reasonablyin clinical practice. And take the targeted treatment measures, whichwill lay a good foundation for the more smooth work of the probationerin the department of ENT.
