摘 要:目的:了解实习护生临床护理工作中护理软技能现况,对变化趋势和影响因素进行分析,为制定有针对性的培训计划提供依据。方法:选取长春医学高等专科学校护理专业2016年实习护生886名作为调查对象,完成实习后采用护理软技能测评量表评价临床护理工作中护理软技能,同时收集护生基本情况,包括性别、年龄、专业、平时成绩、家庭情况及父母受教育程度等因素进行分析。结果:护理(英语)专业、护理(三年制)专业护生护理软技能总评分分别为(179.71±24.95)分、(169.47±22.15)分,高于护理(五年制)专业的(155.95±19.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);专业、家庭背景、父母受教育程度、从业意向、入学专业选择原因及性格特点可影响护生护理软技能分值(P<0.05),而性别、成绩对护理软技能得分无明显影响(P>0.05)。多因素分析显示,性格特点、父母受教育程度、从业意向和入学专业选择原因是影响实习护士护理软技能的主要因素。结论:长春医学高等专科学校实习护生护理软技能水平总体高于国内新护士常模。家庭背景、从业意向、性格、入学专业选择原因等是护理软技能的影响因素,对此可制定针对性的措施,如爱岗敬业教育、注重性格内向学生的锻炼和培养等,以进一步提高护理软技能。Objective:To understand the status quo of nursing soft skills of intern nurse students in clinical nursing activity,analyze the changing trend and influencing factors,so as to provide evidence for developing targeted training programs.Methods:A total of 886 intern nurse students of nursing major 2016 of Changchun Medical College were selected as the objects for study.After completion of internship,the assessment scale of nursing soft skills was adopted to evaluate the nursing soft skills in clinical nursing activity.The basic information of intern nurse students was collected for analysis,including gender,age,major,daily performance,family,educational level of parents and other factors.Results:The total scores of nursing soft skills of intern nurse students majoring in nursing(English) and nursing(three-year) were(179.71 ± 24.95) and(169.47 ± 22.15) respectively,higher than(155.95 ± 19.51) of the nursing major(five-year),and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05);the scores of nursing soft skills of intern nurse students were affected by major,family background,educational level of parents,employment intention,reason for major selection and personality traits of students(P〈0.05),while they were not significantly affected by gender and performance(P〈0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that personality traits,educational level of parents,employment intentions and reasons for major selection were the main factors influencing the nursing soft skills of intern nurse students.Conclusion:The level of nursing soft skills of intern nurse students in Changchun Medical College is generally higher than that of new nurse norm in China.Family background,employment intention,personality and reasons for major selection are the influencing factors of nursing soft skills.Therefore,targeted measures can be formulated,such as education for job dedication and exercise and training of introverted students,so as to further improve nursing soft skills.
