广东海域代表性海产品中污染物数据库的建立及应用

摘　　要：目的为更好地了解广东沿海海域海产品中污染物的基本污染情况、污染特征、动态变化,并对广东沿海居民摄入各类海产品中重金属的危害进行风险评估,建立专门针对广东沿海海域各种海产品中重金属污染情况的数据库。方法依托广东省食品安全风险监测网络以及风险评估的工作平台,并重点补充海产品中甲基汞和无机砷的相关监测检测数据,利用Access软件建立包含铅、镉、总砷、总汞、铬、镍、铜、甲基汞、无机砷等污染物的广东海域代表性海产品污染物数据库,并利用SPSS等统计软件进行数据分析。结果初步建成了广东海域代表性海产品污染物数据库,迄今收集到13 999条相关物质的信息,并随着信息的增加,内容将同步更新。结论通过描述性统计、污染状况及动态变化分析发现,重金属在软体类动物富集最为严重,但食用该海域的海产品还是安全的,政府在海洋污染整治方面仍需继续加大力度。Objective To establish a database of contaminants in various marine products in coastal areas of Guangdong for better understanding the basic pollution,the pollution characteristics and dynamic changes of heavy metals in coastal areas of Guangdong,and making risk assessment of the hazards of heavy metals in seafoods in Guangdong coastal residents. Methods Relying on the food safety risk monitoring network and risk assessment of the work platform of Guangdong province,the seafood methylmercury and inorganic arsenic related monitoring and testing data were supplemented. The database of the contaminants including lead,cadmium,total mercury,chromium,nickel,copper,methylmercury,inorganic arsenic and other pollutants in representative seafoods of Guangdong were established by using Access software. The data were analyzed with SPSS and other statistical software. Results The collection of contaminants in representative seafoods of Guangdong sea has been initially established,and13 999 related substances have been collected so far,and the database will be updated synchronously. Conclusion Through descriptive statistical analysis,analysis of pollution status and dynamic analysis,it is found that heavy metals enrichment are the most serious in soft animals,but the seafood in the Guangdong sea is still safe. The government should intensify monitoring on sea pollution furtherly.
