摘　　要：教育生态学通过环境交互影响的理论来描述教育生态因子之间的相互影响与共同作用。在教育生态学视域下,教师作为以学生为主体的教育微观系统中最重要的环境因子之一,其自身素质对于学生发展,尤其是创造性思维的发展极为重要。The ecology of education describes the interaction and influencing between educational ecological factors based on the theory of environmental interaction. Under the esthetics of education ecology, Teachers, as one of the most important environmental factors in the student-centered educational micro-system, own quality is very important to the development of students, especially the development of creative thinking.
