高校青年教师思想政治教育及其途径研究

摘　　要：随着世界一流大学、一流学科建设的推进,高校引进海外青年教师人数的增加,需要探索高校青年教师思想政治教育工作新方法新途径。思想政治教育需结合教师岗位工作进行,在概念辨析的基础上,通过对387位高校教师问卷调查发现,高校青年教师思想政治教育包括教育方针路线认同、职业道德操守、心理健康和社会公民行为四个维度。结合数据分析结果以及当前高校工作实践,提出加强高校青年教师思想政治教育工作的途径和方法。With the advance of the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines,the overseas young teachers need to explore newways of Ideological and Political Education.This paper argues that Ideological and Political Education needs to be combined with the work of teachers,and on the basis of the conceptual analysis,through the questionnaire survey of 387 college teachers,the Ideological and Political Education of young teachers includes the four dimensions of education line alignment,professional ethics,mental health and social citizens behavior.Ways to strengthen the Ideological and Political Education of young teachers were put forward by combing with the results of data analysis and the current work practice.
