浅谈校企合作下的高职ESP教学

摘　　要：校企合作是当前高职院校人才培养的重要方式,并为高职院校英语教学改革提供了重要平台。在校企合作的背景下,高职ESP教学改革势在必行。论文针对校企合作背景下的ESP改革展开讨论,主要包括课程体系建设、师资培养及教材开发三个方面。希望此探讨可以为进一步推进高职院校英语教学改革提供启发。The school-enterprise cooperation is an important way of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges,and it provides an important platform for the English teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation, the reform of ESP teaching in higher vocational colleges is imperative. The paper discusses the ESP reform under the background of school-enterprise cooperation, which mainly includes three aspects： the construction of curriculum system, the training of teachers and the development of teaching materials. It is hoped that this discussion can provide inspiration for further promoting the English teaching reform.
