摘　　要：随着新兴食品产业的不断出现,食品专业学科的需求也在不断地变化。本文以农科院校为例,探讨了整合农学、园艺、机械、信息工程等多学科优势建设新兴食品科学类工科专业,使其更加有利地促进食品及其相关产业的健康发展。With the emergence of new food industry,the demand of food major is constantly changing. In thispaper,the agricultural colleges and universities as an example,discusses the advantages of multi subjects integration ofagronomy,horticulture,construction machinery,information engineering and other emerging food science andengineering,to make it more favorable to promote the healthy development of food and other related industries.
