摘 要:为有效缓解城市交通拥堵、促进土地集约利用,公交优先理念已为我国社会所共识。传统的交叉口信号配时方案的信号周期是用车辆总延误最小来确定,没有给公交车以优先权,没有体现"以人为本"的思想。提出一种新的交叉口信号配时方法,该方法以公交车辆的人均延误最小为决策目标,并将其运用在实际的交叉口上进行配时优化研究。以哈尔滨市红旗大街-东直路交叉口为研究对象,对其现有配时数据和交通量进行实地调查,应用公交优先的配时方法进行配时,提高公交车的运行效率,降低公交车在交叉口的延误。To effectively alleviate the urban traffic congestion, and promote more intensive utilization of land, the idea of bus priority has turned out to be the social consensus. The traditional intersection signal timing scheme of signal cycle is used to determine the minimum of total vehicle delay, for which there is no priority for bus and does not reflect the thought of "people--oriented". This paper presents a new method of intersection signal timing which is a public transport vehicle per capita minimum delay as the decision-- making objectives, and applies it to the intersection of the actual timing optimization research. This paper, taking the intersection of Hongqi Street and Dongzhi Road in Harbin as research objects, conducts the field work of the existing timing data and traffic volume, and applies timing method of bus priority to signal timing, thust improving the operation efficiency of bus and reducing the bus in the intersection delay.
