摘  要:化工原理是化学工程学科的主干课程。该课程利用数学、物理和化学等自然科学的理论原理研究实际化工过程中的客观规律,从而得到工程理论,并利用这些工程理论进行化工过程设计、工艺计算、设备构造设计等。在着力培养化学工程卓越科技人才的过程中,我们应从课程功能、课程知识体系、课程研究工程问题时建立的多种科学考察观点和科学处理方法等方面,对该课程进行深刻剖析,使学生达到理性认知,使教育真正起到学知识、育智慧的重要作用。Principles of Chemical Engineering is a basic course of chemical engineering discipline.In this course,the objective laws of real chemical engineering are studied and theories of engineering technology are obtained using theatrical principles of mathematics physics and chemistry,and design of chemical process,process calculating and design of device structure are carried out using the theories of engineering technology.During the educational process of strongly cultivating brilliant talent in chemical engineering technology,the various sides that is course function and course knowledge system and various scientific inspecting viewpoints and various scientific methods created in studying engineering problem should be profoundly analyzed and attain rational cognition to students so that education really plays an important effect in studying knowledge and cultivating wisdom for students.
