摘　　要：将食品微生物课程存在的问题总结为教学内容偏重理论基础,应用性内容缺乏,教学模式陈旧,课程考核方式单一。有针对性地提出解决办法,强调建设多样化的教学资源,改革教学模式,完善考核方式,进而不断完善适合学校实情的新课堂教学模式。The existing problems of food microbiology curriculum were summarized as teaching contents,emphasizing theoretical basis,lacking application content,outdated teaching mode,and single way of curriculum assessment. Targeted solutions were put forward,which emphasized building diversified teaching resources,reforming teaching mode,improving assessment methods,and constantly improving the new classroom teaching mode suitable for school reality.
