摘 要:测定2016年黑龙江省三个大米主产区(A区、B区和C区)中的三种重金属元素铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)的含量,评估其污染状况,分析探讨减污措施。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)法,共检测89份大米样品。其中铅检出率为100%,超标率为0;镉检出率为100%,超标率为1.12%;铬检出率为100%,超标率为1.12%。铬元素在不同地区样品中含量具有显著性差异(p<0.05)。综合比较得出,黑龙江主产区大米的安全性较高,对人体健康风险影响较小。The contents of heavy metal elements rice of A, B, C in main producing areas were determined in Heilongjiang province in 2016 lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), to evaluate the pollution status, and to analyze pollution reduction measures analysis. Eighty-nine rice samples were determinedby inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method. The detection rate of lead was 100%, exceeding the standard rate was 0; The detection rate of cadmium was 100%, exceeding the standard rate was 1.12%; The detection rate of chromium was 100%, exceeding the standard rate was 1.12%. There was significant difference of chromium content among samples of different regions (P〈 0.05), The comparative studies showed that rice from A area had higher nutritional value because of less effects on human health.
