摘 要:运用构建的中等职业学校学生满意度指数测评模型,并采用全国中等职业学校学生满意度问卷调查数据进行实证分析。结果显示,我国中等职业教育学生总体满意度处于基本满意状态,在教育期望、教育质量和教育公平三个方面,教育质量得分最高,教育公平得分最低;进一步的满意度重要性矩阵分析显示,当前我国中等职业教育在教育理念、教师队伍、教学质量、校风建设和资助政策等方面取得了一定成效,但在教育公平、基础设施建设、学校内部管理、实习实训保障等方面依然存在不足,为此,应当着力促进中等职业教育公平、大力加强校园建设与管理、有效推进产教融合和加大中等职业教育专项投入。An empirical study is conducted by using the model for evaluating secondary vocational schools (SVS) students" satisfaction index and the National Secondary Vocational Students Survey. The results show that the overall satisfaction of secondary vocational schools students in China is at a basic level. In the three aspects of education expectation, education quality and education fairness, the highest score goes to education quality, and the lowest score goes to education fairness. The analysis of the satisfaction degree importance matrix gives that the current secondary vocational education in china has made some achievements in education concept popularization, teacher and teaching quality, school culture building as well as aid policies. However, there are still some shortcomings in the aspects of education fairness, infrastructure construction, school internal management and internship training protection. Therefore, we should try to promote the education fairness in secondary vocational schools, vigorously strengthen campus construction and management, effectively promote the collaboration between schools and enterprises, and increase investment in secondary vocational education.
