微课程在高等医学院校医用化学教学中的设计和应用

摘　　要：随着我国教育教学的信息化发展,微课程已成为高校教学的重要手段。本文通过文献调研、微课程设计和研发、课程使用效果测试等环节制作医用化学的微课程视频,并以有机化学内容"手性"为例进行说明。最后对学习医用化学课程的5个班级进行分组实验,结果显示运用微课程辅助学习的班级在随堂测验中的成绩高于传统授课班的成绩。因此,可以将微课程辅助教学应用到高校医用化学的教学中。Micro-lecture was becoming very important in the education of high school as development of informatization education and teaching in our country.In this study we made medicinal chemistry micro-lectures through literature research,micro-lectures design and development,courses effect test and so on.In order to state the process we take organic chemistry ＂chiral＂as an example.Finally five classes who was learning medical chemistry was in the experiment to text the effect of micro-lectures.The results showed scores in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the traditional class.Therefore,micro-lectures can be used in medicinal chemistry education.
