摘 要:为了了解在大赛引领下的教师专业技能提升状况,借助对中高职管理者的问卷调查,揭示中高职教师专业技能素质提升的现状,分析影响效果,并提出对策建议,即借鉴英国新推出的"技能计划",结合大赛制定教师专业技能素质提升方案;重视竞赛理论的研究,推动以赛促教目标的实现。The effect on how the vocational schools manage the careers from National Vocational Student's Competition(NVSC) has already come into effect. To make people learn more about all the teachers' skill improvement, the researchers try to get the situation of all teachers from middle and high vocational schools who have improved their teaching capabilities with the help of questionnaire for the teachers and their governors. In addition, researchers have got help from the Blueprint of Skills of UK.Finally, we manage to draw the conclusion that theory of competition should be paid more attention to and thus the target of teaching driven-by-competition can come true.
