摘　　要：创新创业教育是分阶段分层次进行的创新思维培养和创业能力锻炼的教育,"行业调研"是创新创业的出发点,也是高等职业院校创新创业教育的切入点。本文阐述了高职学生开展行业调研的必要性,以"益生菌"行业调研为例,通过调研引领高职食品生物技术专业实施创新创业教育,进而有针对性地提出适合高职食品专业的创新创业教育的实效性策略。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is staged by different levels of innovative thinking training and entrepreneurial ability training. ＂Industry research＂ is the starting point of innovation and entrepreneurship, and also the entry point of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. This paper expounds the necessity of vocational college students to carry out research in the industry, take ＂probiotics＂ industry research as an example, through the investigation of the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education leading food bioteehnology specialty in higher vocational colleges, and then put forward for innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational food professional effectiveness strategy.
