摘　　要：现代学徒制是当前职业教育在新常态下深化产教融合、校企合作,创新职业教育改革的一种重要形式。本文以物流管理专业为例,提出构建基于现代学徒制的物流管理专业实践教学内容体系和保障体系的思考,以提高物流管理专业人才培养质量。Modern apprenticeship is an important form of vocational education under the new normal of deepening the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and innovation of vocational education reform. Taking logistics management specialty as an example,this paper puts forward the thinking of constructing the practical teaching content system and guarantee system of logistics management specialty based on modern apprenticeship system,in order to improve the quality of logistics management talents training.
