摘  要:目的为获得吉林市不同季节奶牛生乳中β-内酰胺酶和菌落总数含量基线数据。方法在吉林市某乳品生产企业自有牧场,采用人工挤奶方式按每月60件随机采集生乳720份,选用平板计数法检测菌落总数,用快速检测试纸条检测β-内酰胺酶指标。结果 4.9%的样品菌落总数检测结果 >2.0×10~6cfu/ml,29.2%的生乳样品β-内酰胺酶检测结果 >2U/ml,12.8%的样品β-内酰胺酶检测结果 >4U/ml。结论此次调查的生乳存在一定程度的细菌污染;内源性β-内酰胺酶检出率很高,应在规范生产和科学用药方面不断改进。Objective To obtain data of beta lactamase and the aerobic bacterial count from Jilin dairy milk of different seasons. Methods A total of 60 samples were randomly collected per month from a dairy enterprise with their own ranch in Jilin, 720 samples of raw milk were collected. The total number of colonies were detected by the plate counting method, beta lactamase were detected with rapid detection strip. Results 4.9% of the total colonies were more than 2.0 × 106cfu/ml, 29.2% of the lactamase results from milk samples were more than 2 U/ml, 12.8% of the lactamase results were more than 4 U/ml. Conclusion There was a certain degree of bacterial contamination in the raw milk of the survey; the detection rate of endogenous β-lactamase was high and should be continuously improved in standard production and scientific use.
