新时代国家幼儿教师誓词的研究

摘　　要：建立国家幼儿教师誓词和宣誓制度,有利于推进幼儿教师专业化建设,使幼儿教师净化职业情感,增强职业荣誉感,树立坚定的职业理想信念,促进师德建设长效机制的形成。基于对国内外各职业誓词的文本分析和对一线幼儿教师及学前教育师范生的调研,提出了新时代国家幼儿誓词的草拟稿。The establishment of the national oath and oath system of preschool teachers is conducive to promoting the professional construction of preschool teachers,purifying their professional feelings,strengthening their sense of professional honor,and setting up firm professional ideals and beliefs.Based on the text analysis of professional vows at home and abroad and the investigation of first-line preschool teachers and pre-school education students of normal school,this paper puts forward a draft of national preschool teachers＇ oath in the new era.
